At Goldstein Immigration Lawyers, we help people navigate the complexities of US immigration law—work that genuinely changes lives. As our Bilingual Receptionist, you'll be the first voice many callers hear, setting the tone for their entire experience with our firm.
We're looking for someone warm, organized, and calm under pressure who can make every caller feel welcome while keeping our front desk running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people and staying composed in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Be the first impression: Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish with a friendly, calming, and professional tone.
- Guide callers: Help qualified callers book their consultation through our paid consultation link so they can meet with our attorneys.
- Manage expectations: Kindly and clearly explain our consultation process to callers seeking free advice and help them take the next step toward booking.
What You Bring
- Bilingual fluency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Flexibility: Available for a 4-hour daily shift that flexes across EST and PST business hours.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with modern phone systems and basic data entry, and quick to pick up new software.
- The setup: A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet, high-quality headphones.
