We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory purchasing, and POS management.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities related to sales operations.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales staff; provide ongoing training & development to enhance team skills.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling, cashiering, and store management procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing needs while managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates on store performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales management, supervising teams, or store management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising tools, bookkeeping software, and basic math skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in training & development initiatives.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; professional phone etiquette required.
- Experience in marketing strategies, pricing policies, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as payroll and bookkeeping.
- Ability to recruit talent through interviewing processes and foster a positive team environment.
