We are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery across the Investment Operations technology portfolio, including a range of strategic automation and BAU workstreams. This role will partner closely with Business Analysts, QA, Technology and Investment Operations stakeholders to run agile ceremonies, manage end-to-end delivery, drive cross-team coordination and provide consistent reporting to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
Responsibilities

Run scrum ceremonies across Investment Operations workstreams, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives

Facilitate planning and grooming sessions to ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated and prioritized

Coordinate across Business Analysts, QA, Technology and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, sequencing and delivery milestones

Maintain delivery artifacts including project plans and roadmaps, sprint backlogs and Jira boards, RAID logs and status reports

Build and deliver monthly updates for business stakeholders and senior leadership, including delivery progress, risks, key decisions and upcoming milestones

Track cross-team dependencies, escalate blockers and drive resolution

Support resource planning and capacity management across BA, QA and Tech teams

Partner with Product and BA leads to ensure intake, prioritization and scope changes are managed through a consistent governance process

Lead UAT coordination, including planning, scheduling, defect triage and stakeholder sign-off

Establish delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, defect trends and cycle time to drive continuous improvement

Manage release planning, deployment coordination and post-implementation reviews

Coach team members on agile practices and help mature delivery standards across Investment Ops
Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master delivering technology programs in financial services

Knowledge of agile delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and standard project management tooling

Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate status reporting, stakeholder updates, meeting synthesis and backlog management, along with capability to drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices across BA, QA and Tech teams

Capability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and cross-functional teams

Strong stakeholder management skills including experience building executive-level updates and reporting

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Background in asset management, insurance, alternative assets or investment operations environments
