Product Research and Analysis
Research and assess new tools, troubleshooting approaches, and workflow capabilities to support digital care and telecom operations, incorporating innovative methods and technologies into workflow design.
Implementation Support and Maintenance
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX teams to implement workflows; support testing, validation, and deployment. Continuously update workflows based on stakeholder feedback and operational changes to ensure stability and performance post-implementation.
