We are seeking an empathetic, organized, and highly responsible Case Manager to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, relationship management, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their case.
About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their Lemon Law claim. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining consistent communication with clients, providing case status updates, collecting required documentation, and ensuring a positive client experience.
This is a high-volume communication role requiring excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a large caseload efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to provide case status updates
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Follow up with clients regarding missing information or documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely case notes within case management systems
- Respond professionally and empathetically to client questions and concerns
- Manage a high volume of client communications, including approximately 50–60 calls per day
- Maintain organization across a large portfolio of active cases
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the claims process
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in your home country or jurisdiction
- Candidates with legal education and substantial legal experience may also be considered
- Experience in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or plaintiff-side practice is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated empathy and professionalism when working with clients
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and case management software preferred
