We are searching for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Program Specialist to join our LATAM Travel team.
In this role, they will operate as the central liaison for regional travel operations, ensuring our employees experience smooth journeys while staying aligned with company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong foundation in corporate travel and expense management who thrives in a multinational, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate offers deep knowledge of LATAM travel regulations, practical experience with modern travel booking platforms such as Concur, and exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities

Function as the primary contact for every LATAM regional travel requirement, orchestrating complex travel arrangements and providing top-tier support to travelers

Enforce company travel policies by leveraging local and regional know-how to educate and guide employees effectively

Manage and fine-tune travel bookings via Concur Travel & Expense, handling and resolving any system-related issues that arise

Coach employees on expense submission guidelines to enhance clarity, achieve compliance, and streamline the reimbursement process

Address immigration-related questions and internal procedures such as Topia, and prepare support letters and guidance for business visa applications

Communicate directly with local and regional travel vendors to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and steadily improve service quality

Team up with internal cross-functional groups such as Finance, HR, and Administration to keep travel operations aligned with wider business objectives

Support LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit procedures

Analyze travel data and generate reports that reveal trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas open to process optimization
Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience in corporate travel and expense management

Prior experience serving as the go-to contact for regional travel needs, orchestrating complex travel arrangements while delivering excellent traveler support

Ability to enforce company travel policies by applying local and regional expertise to educate and guide employees effectively

Applied experience overseeing travel bookings in Concur Travel & Expense, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues

Knowledge of expense submission guidelines together with the ability to coach employees to ensure clarity, compliance, and a smooth reimbursement flow

Familiarity with visa and immigration workflows, including tools such as Topia, along with the ability to prepare support letters and guidance for business visa applications

Proven history of managing relationships with local and regional travel vendors to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and continually improve service quality

Ability to partner with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and Administration to align travel operations with overall business goals

Involvement in LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit activities

Analytical thinking to interpret travel data and prepare reports highlighting trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process optimization areas

Excellent written and verbal command of English and Spanish at B2 level or higher
