Learning Heroes is growing. And to crush our upcoming launches, we're looking for a sales beast — a Launch Closer who doesn't believe in limits and wants to own the market.
What would your role be?
Your mission is simple: Turn hot leads into enrollments. You are the last link in our value chain — the one who seals the deal. You won't be "attending to customers"; you'll be leading high-level conversations to close sales on programs that change lives. You'll own the entire closing process: from the moment a lead enters the launch funnel to the moment they become a hero in our community.
Requirements
We're not looking for someone who waits for the phone to ring. We're looking for a motivated go-getter with 4 critical skills:
Closing instinct and hunger for commissions: You know your success depends on your ability to persuade. You understand what hunger means and you have thick enough skin to handle complex objections. You know that a "no" is just the beginning of the sale.
Speed of response and sense of urgency: In a launch, momentum and interest are short-lived. You move fast, you attack leads the moment they come in, and you never let anything go cold. You know that during a launch, you have to be on the front line at all times.
Self-organization and CEO mindset: There are no set hours here — you are your own boss. You'll manage your own pipeline and calendar with military discipline. We don't need micromanagement; we need results and a machine that runs like clockwork.
Extreme resilience: People call it resilience; I call it being relentless with purpose. You'll chase every opportunity, do the obsessive follow-up it takes, and you won't let go of a star candidate until they make the decision to change their future.
(Oh, and being fully bilingual in both Spanish and English is a firm requirement — you'll be working across multiple markets and need to communicate with confidence in both languages. Strong English is a big plus that sets you apart.)
Where and how do we work?
Location: 100% Remote. Work from wherever you want, as long as you have an internet connection and the right environment to close high-ticket sales.
Total freedom: No 9-to-6 schedules. You manage yourself, you organize yourself. That said, we operate around launches — short, high-intensity windows where a high volume of leads comes in and focus, agility, and execution are everything. During these periods, high availability is key (including weekends and holidays) to maintain pace and conversion. Between launches, we dial it back to recharge and prepare for the next one.
