About the role:
The Insurance Placement Representative is responsible for supporting the placement process by accurately entering application data into carrier systems, coordinating directly with carriers, and ensuring submissions are complete, timely, and compliant. This role is internal-facing and provides essential operational support from initial submission through account closure.
Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with internal team members and carrier partners to support the placement workflow.
- Review ACORD applications, conduct necessary research, analyze submission details, and prepare required documentation for carrier submission.
- Enter application data into carrier platforms with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Route quotes internally for review and maintain clear, organized documentation throughout the process.
- Monitor, track, and respond to communications from Underwriters and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic files by saving documents and updating internal systems in accordance with company standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, and a positive attitude in all written, verbal, and in-person interactions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks while balancing collaboration with independent work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve at any time with or without notice.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset adaptable to changing priorities, processes, and workflows.

Schedule:
Horario regular (Noviembre – Marzo): Lunes a Viernes de 10:00 a 19:00.
Durante el horario de verano en EE. UU. (Marzo – Noviembre): Lunes a Viernes de 09:00 a 18:00.
Sueldo: $23,000.00 - $24,000.00 al mes
