We are currently seeking an energetic, driven, and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Quality Department and contribute to maintaining our high standards and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the new product development process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide customer support and resolution for quality-related concerns.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues in both inbound and outbound logistics.
- Record, monitor, and follow up on monthly quality results and KPIs.
- Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Ensure traceability and control across all quality checkpoints.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role, preferably in the food industry.
