Job Description:
Under general supervision, the Key Account Rep is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer quotes, orders, and dispute resolution. Working in a collaborative team environment, this role supports a shared portfolio of customer accounts and ensures seamless customer experience through efficient communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing detailed product information.

Reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications provided by customers to determine product needs.

Managing and tracking customer requests from initial inquiry through production and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Processing order modifications, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently.

Managing ongoing quote follow-ups by regularly updating reports, tracking status changes in customer databases and coordinating with third-party vendors.

Collaborating with internal departments such as customer service, logistics, and finance to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Maintaining customer records in customer database for accurate tracking and reporting.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate account data and interactions within CRM tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 2 year of related experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Excellent customer service skills, including effective listening and communication.
