If you’re good at pipelining candidate, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll do:
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods to identify passive and active candidates.
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
- Promote employer brand and employment opportunities effectively.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and business functions.
- Track candidate interactions and engagement activities within recruitment systems.
- Ensure pipelines remain current and aligned with workforce needs.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor research.
- Analyze labor market trends, skill availability, and talent supply.
- Provide insights and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers
