We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive growth and strengthen Vylor market leadership in Meso Andean Region. This role will lead the development and execution of portfolio, pricing, demand generation, route-to-market, communications, training, and market intelligence strategies to accelerate profitable growth and enhance customer value.
Responsibilities
Communications
Lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies for the Seeds portfolio.
Ensure consistent positioning of brands, products, and value propositions across all customer-facing channels.
Commercial Training & Capability Development
Develop and deploy commercial training programs for sales teams, distributors, and strategic partners.
Identify capability gaps and implement development plans to improve commercial effectiveness.
Route-to-Market (RTM)
Design, evaluate, and optimize Route-to-Market strategies to improve market coverage, customer access, and profitability.
Identify growth opportunities across distribution channels and customer segments.
Marketing Intelligence
Lead market intelligence efforts to provide actionable insights on market dynamics, customer behavior, competitive activities, and industry trends.
Develop forecasting models, market sizing analyses, and business performance assessments.
Demand Generation & Territory Planning
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase product adoption and market share.
Lead the Territory Planning processes to identify growth opportunities, prioritize investments, and optimize commercial resources.
Pricing Strategy
Develop and manage pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Analyze market conditions, customer value perception, and competitor pricing to support pricing decisions.
Product Strategy
Define portfolio strategy and product positioning for existing and future products.
Lead product lifecycle management, including launch planning, portfolio optimization, and discontinuation decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales, or Business Management within the Agriculture, Seeds, Crop Protection, or related industries.
Proven experience leading multifunctional teams and cross-functional projects.
Strong background in product strategy, commercial execution, pricing, and market development.
