Team Venti is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B) with a strong foundation in brand and digital marketing who’s eager to grow, experiment, and make an impact in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Maintain strong brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitors, and e-commerce opportunities.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive growth.
- Track performance using KPIs, analytics, CRM, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Share insights, results, and best practices with internal teams.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to continuously evolve our brand presence.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or similar roles.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce fundamentals.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM, and AI tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce environments.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Exposure to international or multicultural markets.
- Creative eye for design and storytelling.
- Familiarity with market research tools and methodologies.
We Offer
- Monthly base salary $20,000 - $22,000 based on experience.
