We are looking for a Junior Talent & Vendor Sourcer. In this role, you will support the identification and connection with freelance talent and service vendors for creative and production projects. You will work closely with internal teams such as graphic design, industrial design, and motion/video to understand project needs and help match them with the right partners.
Important: This is not a Community Manager role. We do not manage social media calendars or campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the search, identification, and initial evaluation of freelance talent and vendors (designers, small studios, production houses, etc.).
- Help maintain and update a database of suppliers and contacts, ensuring organized and accessible information.
- Assist in vendor outreach and relationship building, keeping communication clear and professional.
- Support quotation and coordination processes, including timelines, deliverables, and basic conditions.
- Help document processes, agreements, and payment follow-ups, ensuring organization and traceability.
- Assist with logistics coordination such as travel arrangements, event support, and team coordination when needed.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in roles related to logistics, coordination, or creative environments (design studios, agencies, production companies, events, etc.).
- Strong interest in the creative and advertising ecosystem (graphic design, motion, video, audio, industrial design).
- Basic understanding of administrative processes, including organization of information, databases, and vendor follow-up.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different types of suppliers.
- Highly proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in growing within a dynamic, operational role.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required), with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in professional contexts, both written and spoken.
Sueldo: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mes
