Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.
What You'll Do
As a PMO Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will support the assessment, development, and continuous improvement of the PMO organization, helping establish governance, project management best practices, reporting standards, and capability development across the business. As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Assess current PMO processes, governance, and project management maturity.
- Identify improvement opportunities and define transformation initiatives.
- Support the implementation of PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across project teams.
- Develop KPIs, reporting structures, and portfolio visibility frameworks.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of project management tools.
- Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Promote continuous improvement and project management excellence.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or PMO Transformation environments.
- Training & coaching capabilities & stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of PMO governance, project methodologies, and portfolio management.
- Experience leading process improvement and organizational transformation.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with reporting, KPI development, and project management tools.
- Strong proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English level.
