Job Description
We are seeking a polished, client-focused and highly organized professional to join our team in Mexico City. This role is centered on delivering an exceptional in-person client experience within a luxury showroom environment, supporting sales operations and building long-term relationships with high-end clients.
This is not a call center position. The role requires face-to-face interaction, consultative selling skills and experience working with luxury brands or discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, personalized client experience in the showroom
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and luxury retailers
- Prepare tailored quotations and ensure timely follow-up
- Manage order processing, logistics and shipment coordination
- Handle invoicing, documentation and order tracking
- Present collections and product lines to professional clients
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups via email and phone
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate closely with internal teams
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in:
- Luxury retail
- High-end showroom sales
- Premium client service environments
- Bilingual (mandatory):
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Spanish
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with architects, designers or luxury brands (preferred)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Interest in design, architecture or luxury products
