Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Korean) – Call Center
We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Korean to join our growing call center team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Korean (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain professional conversations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
What We Offer:
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
