We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Engineer to join our team at the Juarez factory, focusing on the 2nd level calibration and test line for pressure sensors. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate calibration and functionality of our pressure-sensing products.
MUST HAVE
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering disciplines, preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Proficient in programming languages, including but not limited to LabVIEW, Python, and SQL.
- Minimum Green Belt certification in process improvement methodologies.
NICE TO HAVE
- Extensive experience with test systems, particularly in calibration environments.
- Strong understanding of sensor calibration principles and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think innovatively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Understanding of sensor transduction mechanisms, transfer functions, and sensor performance characterization.
- Understanding of PCB schematics, block diagrams, and PCB layouts.
- Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM), testability, and failure mode identification.
- Knowledge of Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GRR).
- Knowledge of electronic circuit debugging.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain processes for calibration and testing of 2nd level pressure sensors.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and calibration issues using hands-on diagnostics and structured root cause analysis.
- Identify and resolve electrical, wiring, and power-related issues in calibration setups.
- Analyze and interpret calibration data and perform calibration math to optimize sensor performance.
- Analyze process data, calibration results, and performance metrics (Cp/Cpk, GR&R, MSA) to drive improvements.
- Own and support calibration systems, ensuring reliability of fixtures, connectors, and pressure interfaces.
- Drive yield improvement through process stabilization, fixture design, and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives for manufacturing and calibration processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and standard work while ensuring compliance with control plans.
- Support production activities, including setup, validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of equipment.
- Ensure accurate reporting of calibration data, deviations, and equipment issues, and support containment actions.
