Trade Compliance Analyst
Responsible for supporting all activities related to the company’s international trade compliance, ensuring the proper application of programs and regulations (IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and Anexo 24/30), as well as correct document management, control of import/export operations, and the handling of returns and fixed-asset controls.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and authorize weekly and monthly consolidated customs declarations (V1, RT, IN, A1), validating information and documentary consistency.

Prepare invoices and support the authorization of customs declarations F4 and F5, ensuring alignment with both commercial and customs data.

Prepare the Value Declaration (MVE) by applying the relevant criteria and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.

Ensure proper compliance with IMMEX and PROSEC, including compliance requirements related to VAT certification, according to internal guidelines and applicable regulations.

Support internal training activities and guide teams on best compliance practices (monitoring criteria and preventing errors).

Manage customs compliance for fixed assets, including document control and follow-up on related operations.

Work with the Foreign Trade Legal Compliance Supervisor to support the correct administration and maintenance of Anexo 24 (Section C) and Anexo 30.

Prepare requisitions and purchase orders related to area activities (as applicable).

Support activities in the traffic and customs area as required by operations, closing needs, or audits.

Other activities assigned by the Traffic & Customs Manager / Trade Compliance.
