We are looking for a Product Support Engineer with a strong technical background to provide product assistance, troubleshooting, and remote support for industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance related to electrical panels, VFDs, controls, and pump applications.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Support Teams, and technical development teams.

Document customer issues, technical findings, and solutions.

Identify recurring product or application issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
