Full Job Description
We are looking for a talented, creative graphic designer for our fast-growing international company!
The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional who thrives in a team environment and knows how to combine strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative tools to work faster and produce more ambitious output. You will create the look, layout, and features of our product tools, branding, and more — using both traditional design software and AI generation/editing tools (like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Runway, etc.) to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration. Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI-assisted video tools) is a plus. This is a full-time contract remote role and will report to the Art Director, Marketing.

Role and Responsibilities
- Design graphics for use in media products such as advertising, labels, brochures and signage — leveraging AI image generation tools to speed up concepting and production wherever it improves quality or turnaround.
- Meet with clients (virtually) and guide them throughout the entire design journey to provide the best solution for their brand.
- Loves designing logos, and enjoys using AI tools to rapidly explore logo/brand concepts before refining by hand.
Typical Activities Include
- Liaising with clients to determine their requirements.
- Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
- Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief — using AI tools to quickly generate multiple concept directions before committing to a final direction.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Assertive communication with the entire Zoek team.
- Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations and company logos — motion graphics or video experience is a plus, especially AI-assisted video content using tools like Higgsfield for rapid asset and social/ad video generation.
- Working within our design guidelines, create graphics, logos, illustrations, and other creative assets for use in presentations and other mediums, blending traditional craft with AI-accelerated workflows.
- Maintain effective communication and keep Zoek's clients up-to-date.
- Produce and present comprehensive reports documenting that all project requirements were fulfilled.
- Deliver all internal and client projects at the expected due date(s) unless specified otherwise by your supervisor — using AI tooling to help hit tighter deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Clearly articulate and present creative ideas/treatments to teams.
- Partner closely with speakers, stakeholders, writers, and designers as needed to ensure presentation materials are easy to digest and on brand.
Skills and Experience
- Strong design aesthetic, understanding of current design trends, layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana / image-gen models, Runway, or similar) for image generation, upscaling, background removal, and rapid concepting — and genuine enthusiasm for learning new AI tools as they emerge.
- Ability to use AI generation as a starting point and refine/finish the output to a professional, on-brand, pixel-perfect standard — not just accept raw AI output.
- Strong understanding of presentation design best practices plus business acumen.
- Design and develop engaging character and scene illustrations, using AI-assisted workflows to speed up iteration where appropriate.
- Conceptualize and illustrate brand logos, social media materials, and product images.
- Experience with motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus, as well as interest in AI video tools that can generate or enhance motion content faster than traditional pipelines alone.
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills, and presence to partner with senior executives.
- Ability to understand complex topics and translate them into a beautiful and engaging narrative.
- Well-practiced in visual hierarchy to simplify and communicate information and data effectively, as well as the creation of easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and diagrams.
- A can-do, positive attitude, curious about new tools and workflows, that will be an asset to the Zoek Studio Team.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage projects independently while working under tight deadlines to maintain schedules.
- Pixel-perfect awareness and superb attention to detail — especially important when refining AI-generated output into final deliverables.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.
- An understanding of UX/UI user flow.
- Must have an understanding of SEO, landing pages, and lead capture design.
- Must be able to show a portfolio of work — please highlight any projects where AI tools were part of your workflow.
- Advanced English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
