About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager to drive the growth of the UGREEN brand across Mexico.
This role will focus on managing existing channel partners, expanding distribution networks, developing key retail accounts, and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in consumer electronics, IT products, networking solutions, or related industries and understands the local distribution and retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.
- Regularly visit customers and partners to support business development and strengthen relationships.
- Assist channel partners in developing and expanding sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop new distribution, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Support product launch activities and recommend product strategies based on local market needs.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, channel sales, or distribution management.
- Experience within consumer electronics, IT hardware, networking products, security solutions, mobile accessories, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Mexico's distribution, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Proven experience working with distributors, channel partners, and major retail accounts.
- Familiarity with consumer technology products and market trends.
- Native-level Spanish communication skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
