Who are You
The Accounting intern will support different activities in Administration and Finance Department listed below.
Responsabilities:
- Review weekly and monthly timesheets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with deadlines
- Verify allocation of hours between Direct and Indirect activities
- Ensure each entry is assigned to a valid and active WBS, Cost Center, or Indirect Cost Object
- Identify discrepancies such as missing hours, misclassified activities, or duplicate entries
- Validate cost container numbers and collaborate with Controlling to resolve missing or closed objects
- Run system (ZTravel) queries to perform data integrity checks across timesheet and expense modules
- Support employees and approvers when issues arise submitting hours or expenses
- Generate weekly and monthly audit and compliance reports
Requirements:
- Student from 3rd. year in Accounting or related
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Microsoft Office tools knowledge (Excel)
- Open to learn, proactive and good communications skills
- Available to work in morning shift Monday to Friday (8:00 am-3:00 pm)
- Available to work in San Pedro area
