About the Role
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the operational backbone of our pod model. Working within a structured pod alongside a Strategist (Pod Lead), this role owns the preparation, documentation, task execution, and day-to-day follow-through that keeps client accounts running smoothly between monthly performance calls. The CSM ensures nothing falls through the cracks and that every action item moves from discussion to completion.
Client happiness and retention are the center of this role. You are the person who makes sure our clients feel taken care of, that their questions get answered, and that the work we promised actually gets done. What You Will Do
- Prepare reports, slide decks, and pre-call context for each client's monthly performance review.
- Create and track action items after every client call, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients between monthly calls, responding to questions and providing updates.
- Maintain client records, health scores, and account documentation so nothing falls out of date.
- Coordinate with the Strategist and internal teams to keep deliverables on track and clients informed.
- Conduct weekly account reviews to catch gaps, flag risks, and keep the team ahead of upcoming calls.
Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing account coordination, customer success, or project management, ideally in a digital marketing or SEO agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with task management platforms (ClickUp or similar) and CRM documentation workflows.
- Excellent written communication skills for client emails, internal handoffs, and task documentation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment.
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or franchise marketing is a strong plus but not required.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
