We are looking for a highly qualified Junior Monitoring & Intelligence Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for monitoring client operations, both at client sites and in the field, helping ensure the safety of people and the protection of assets.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Produce intelligence reports using OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) tools and methodologies.
- Conduct risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming operations.
- Receive new operational requests and accurately document information involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor operational activities and related logistics, including flights and required transportation.
- Confirm operational details with field teams.
- Escalate identified risks and operational impacts as needed.
- Maintain operational records and provide real-time updates to clients.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm platforms.
- Perform other duties related to the role as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (written, verbal, and reading comprehension).
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a curious, analytical mindset.
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace tools.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lenel, Milestone, and Salesforce systems is preferred but not required.
