- Lead and supervise the Manufacturing Engineering team.

Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

Ensure proper development and maintenance of work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and technical documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, downtime, and operational costs.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, productivity, quality).

Lead layout improvements and line balancing projects.

Validate tooling, equipment, and fixtures.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and EHS teams.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
