Job Purpose
Serve as a functional link between Sales, Operations, Engineering, and the Global Product Line regarding the application of new and existing TRS products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities

QUALITY
· Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and taking an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System
· Maintains service quality as an immediate priority when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
OPERATIONS
· Act as primary Subject Matter Expert resource to TRS in relation to the application of TRS products and technologies
· Provide SME support for the development and review of global quality documentation (SOP, MyAdvisor PFTs, forms, technical calculators, etc.)
· Work with TRS Engineering for product development and support between the product line, operations, R&D, and sustaining engineering.
· Coordinate with the product line, technical sales, operations, and R&D during the development process to ensure that the new product becomes “what the customer wants”
· Provide SME input to operations as to the required skills needed to sustain services and products locally
· Identify potential synergies between/across product lines
· Provide support to ensure the successful application of technology developments to the market on a Global basis and develop Weatherford operating parameters for “best practices,” and “standardized operating procedures”
· Respond to WISE technical inquiries related to service-related products application
· Participate in the incident and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and reviews
· Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the supervisor within the physical

· Facilitate communications required to assist in problem resolution and avoidance
· Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
FINANCIAL
· All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
· Costs incurred should be within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
· Contribute to a technical review of training material
· Oversee, train, and support the introduction of technologies, products, and services until they can be handled locally.

Experience & Education
REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
· 10+ years of experience
PREFERRED
· Field and training experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
REQUIRED
· Knowledge of Mechanical /Hydraulics/Electronic concepts and mathematics
· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
· Strong computer software skills (MS Office Suite, MS Visio, Various presentation/Graphic applications, Creo, AutoCAD)
· Experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Willingness to travel
Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: 10-25%
