Logistics company is looking for an Accounting Assistant with experience in general accounting and English proficiency, which is essential for workplace communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting and/or as an Accounting Assistant.
- Experience handling journal entries, income, expenses, payments, and collections.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
- Bank reconciliations and discrepancy analysis.
- Knowledge of CFDI 4.0, VAT, and income tax (ISR).
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems and intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of financial statements and Mexican tax regulations.
- English proficiency is essential
- Organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
