About the Company
So Cal Property Maids is a professional cleaning company serving vacation rental, residential, and commercial properties across California. We support property owners and property managers by keeping their properties professionally maintained and ready for guests.
Our mission is simple. Remove stress from property owners by delivering reliable, professional cleaning services and maintaining properties at a 5-star standard.
Most of our clients are based in the United States, so strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations, client communication, and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with American clients by phone, text, and email
- Coordinate cleaning schedules with the operations team
- Provide professional customer service and resolve client concerns
- Support sales efforts and follow up with potential clients
- Confirm services, quotes, and job details with clients
- Maintain organized communication and service records
- Assist the team in ensuring properties are ready for guests
- Help maintain a professional and solution-oriented work environment
Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish with at least 95 percent professional fluency (Inglés conversacional profesional)
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using computers, messaging platforms, and online systems
- Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented when handling client concerns or urgent situations
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and positive mindset
- Must live in Playas de Tijuana or very close to the area

- Female energetic candidate, ideally between 25 and 40 years old.
- Can work full-time from our office
- Are willing and able to travel to San Diego once a month if needed
- Are punctual, responsible, and highly trustworthy
