We are seeking a professional, results-driven Plastic Surgery Patient Coordinator with strong sales closing skills to join our private plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will work closely with the plastic surgeon, guide patients through the consultation process, and close aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for someone who can convert consultations into booked surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and present treatment options clearly and persuasively
- Close sales of plastic surgery procedures (body contouring, breast surgery, facial procedures, post-bariatric surgery, etc.)
- Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative patient flow
- Follow up with leads and previous patients to maximize conversions
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and professional communication
- Support the surgeon during clinical activities when needed
- Manage patient scheduling and administrative tasks related to sales
Requirements
- Proven ability to close sales (experience in medical, aesthetic, or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Own reliable vehicle (car required for patient visits, errands, and transportation)
- Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance at all times
- High availability and flexible schedule (including some weekends and evenings as needed)
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
- Customer-oriented, confident, and goal-driven personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets
Compensation
- Base salary + attractive commissions on closed procedures
