This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after 3 months of on-site training period. The role supports multiple business areas and is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
The Executive Benefits Specialist provides administrative and client support services for non-qualified and supplemental benefit programs, including executive life insurance, individual disability insurance, and deferred compensation arrangements. This role supports both employer clients and plan participants by ensuring accurate plan administration, high-quality service delivery, and effective communication. The Specialist plays a key role in the day-to-day management of benefit plans, partnering with internal teams, carriers, and clients to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
Plan Administration & Operations: Support the administration of executive benefit plans and ensure accurate processing of enrollments, contributions, and participant updates. Maintain plan records and documentation while coordinating with carriers and vendors to resolve issues. Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue tracking activities.-
Client & Participant Service: Deliver timely and professional support to clients and participants through various communication channels. Assist with participant communications, enrollment materials, and open enrollment activities. Build strong relationships while ensuring inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.

Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple client assignments with strong organization and attention to detail. Prioritize workflows to deliver accurate and timely results while supporting client objectives. Collaborate internally customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Continuous Improvement & Development: Find opportunities to improve our processes, efficiency, and service quality. Expand knowledge of executive benefits, insurance products, and regulatory requirements through ongoing learning. Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional growth.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with up to 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.

Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage several priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the effective use of AI tools to improve productivity and work quality.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous exposure to employee benefits, insurance, financial services, or related industries.

Experience working directly with clients or customers, along with knowledge of life, disability, executive, or non-qualified benefit plans, is a plus.
