Instead of multiple initial screening calls, you’ll have one opportunity to introduce yourself, discuss your executive support experience, and highlight how you’ve managed executive calendars, communications, travel, projects, and confidential priorities. You’ll also have the opportunity to explain how you’ve improved executive workflows, supported leadership teams, and used AI productivity tools to work more efficiently. Your video will be reviewed by the hiring team before moving to the client interview.
