We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented person in Mérida who understands solar installations and can help manage projects from start to finish.
This is an important “Swiss Army knife” role. At the beginning, this person will help with many parts of the business: project coordination, customer communication, installer follow-up, documentation, system monitoring, and CFE interconnection support.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will help coordinate solar projects and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating solar installation projects in Mérida and surrounding areas
- Communicating with customers, installers, engineers, and suppliers
- Helping manage documentation for CFE interconnection
- Tracking project status from sale to installation to activation
- Organizing photos, permits, utility bills, contracts, and technical documents
- Following up with installation crews and making sure work is completed properly
- Helping review basic system details such as panel layout, inverter information, and equipment lists
- Updating CRM, spreadsheets, and project management tools
- Helping solve operational problems as they come up
- Supporting both residential and commercial solar projects
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Lives in Mérida, Yucatán
- Understands solar installations or has worked around solar projects before
- Understands the CFE interconnection process or is willing and able to learn it quickly
- Is very organized and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable using technology, apps, spreadsheets, CRM systems, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and project management tools
- Can communicate clearly with customers and installation crews
- Can follow up consistently without being reminded
- Is a problem solver
- Is reliable, proactive, and honest
- Can handle multiple tasks at the same time
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a big plus:
- Residential or commercial solar installations
- CFE interconnection paperwork
- Net metering / medición neta
- Solar equipment: panels, inverters, monitoring apps, batteries
- Working with installers, engineers, or construction crews
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Helioscope, Aurora, or similar design tools
- Google Sheets, Monday.com, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other CRM/project tools
