Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
Manage the bar area, including inventory control and ordering supplies
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Experience
Previous experience in bartending, kitchen management, and training development
Strong background in hospitality management with knowledge of both quick service fast food restaurants and fine dining establishments
Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Culinary expertise and a keen eye for detail
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or Tourism.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English.
