As a Sr. Contracts Representative at Solstice, you will support the Procurement and Legal teams by reviewing, coordinating, and processing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with suppliers, service providers, and other third parties. This role focuses on ensuring NDAs are reviewed in a timely, consistent, and practical manner, aligned with Solstice’s standard positions, internal policies, and approval processes.
You will work closely with Procurement, Legal, business stakeholders, and suppliers to support efficient contracting processes, identify deviations from approved templates, and escalate legal or commercial issues when appropriate. Your work will help enable business discussions while protecting Solstice’s confidential information.
