Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.

This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.
Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Drive the deployment of continuous improvement and strategy execution by promoting a consistent approach and best practices across the organization.
Partner with leadership teams to achieve measurable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and People performance while meeting business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by increasing awareness, commitment, and behavioral change throughout all organizational levels.
Coach and develop continuous improvement professionals and teams, including Lean Six Sigma practitioners, through training, mentoring, and capability building.
Lead and support cross-functional improvement initiatives, removing barriers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic projects.
Promote operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, leveraging structured problem-solving methods, performance metrics, and continuous improvement tools.
Strengthen organizational learning and innovation by developing skills, sharing best practices, benchmarking external processes, and driving sustainable business results.

Qualifications for the role
At least 3 years of previous experience in continuous improvement areas.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ergonomics.
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools
Intermediate-advanced level of English.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
