Lead and Inspire: Lead, coach, and develop a team of QSE audit professionals; create an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture; build future technical and leadership capability.
Drive Risk-Based Assurance: Oversee independent audits across company-owned and franchised bottling operations; transform findings into actionable business insights; leverage data and performance indicators to improve audit effectiveness.
Influence the System: Partner with operating units, bottling partners, and global stakeholders to strengthen QSE performance; advise leaders on emerging risks and compliance requirements; contribute to standards and governance frameworks.
Shape the Future: Champion innovation, digital solutions, and modern audit practices; continuously improve methodologies, tools, and analytics; help define the long-term vision for the Global Audit Organization.
Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Preferred certifications include Auditor Certification, HACCP, Six Sigma, CSP/NEBOSH or Project Management.
12+ years of related extensive leadership experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) and manufacturing operations, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of enhancing QSE performance, managing risk, driving organizational change, and creating measurable business value through QSE excellence.
An accomplished people leader, you excel at developing talent, influencing stakeholders, and leading high-performing teams across complex global organizations. You combine deep technical expertise in QSE and production systems with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and evolving industry standards.
Expertise includes but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, GFSI standards, management systems for Quality, Safety and Environment, root cause analysis, risk assessment, audit and assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Travel: Travel will fluctuate and is projected to be a maximum of 50% of the time.
