We are a rapidly expanding multinational company. We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Bilingual Trainer to join our team in Mexico City and support the development of our local business operations.
Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on business processes and store operations to the local team.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that company standards are accurately understood and strictly executed in daily operations.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a key communication bridge between management and store staff, resolving any daily operational queries.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Spanish (Both are required as daily working languages).
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong comprehension abilities, and a high level of execution.
- Experience: Previous experience in operations, store management, or training is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with high potential and a great learning attitude are welcome to apply!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
