We’re looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy Customer Success Enablement Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of implementation, support, and systems—and plays a key part in both our client experience and internal operations.
You’ll manage how we implement and maintain key partner tools (HubSpot, Fathom AI, and Yoodli) and serve as the administrator for our Learning Management System, supporting enrollments, user access, and reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that blends technical setup with client-facing onboarding and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
Integration Management
- Own the implementation and integration of HubSpot, Fathom AI, and Yoodli across new and existing client accounts.
- Onboard clients through the integration process—ensuring tools are configured properly, timelines are clear, and users are set up for success.
- Troubleshoot integration or workflow issues with clients and internal teams as needed.
- Maintain clean, itemized billing records for each integration and collaborate with our finance team on accurate invoicing.
Customer Success & Systems Admin
- Lead our Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrollments, access, attendance tracking, and basic user support.
- Monitor client progress and proactively flag engagement or access issues to our Customer Success team.
- Help maintain accurate records across systems to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support reporting and insights related to tool usage and program participation.
What You Bring
- Experience managing tech integrations and onboarding workflows, ideally with HubSpot and third-party SaaS tools.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Professional-level bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (native speaker or fluent in both languages strongly preferred).
- Availability to work within Eastern Time Zone business hours.
