Are you passionate about driving innovation through technology, process optimization, and AI? We're looking for a Technology Business Analyst to help shape the future of technology operations by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing automation, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Mexico who enjoy collaborating across business and technology teams while making a tangible impact.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities to improve technology services and operational processes through automation, AI, and digital solutions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, creating scalable and efficient workflows.
- Design and implement lightweight automation solutions using modern productivity tools.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and governance materials.
- Create executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and communication materials.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Digital Workplace, Technology Operations, and Operational Excellence programs.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Technology Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Technology Operations, or Operational Excellence.
- Experience implementing automation or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
- Experience working with business and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Copilot or other Generative AI tools.
- Power Automate, Power Platform, or Power BI.
- ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting Digital Workplace or End User Services.
