WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered timely, within scope, and within budget
- Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility
- Collaborate with technical and multi-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using a hybrid agile process
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution
- Supervise and track project progress and work to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives
- Report and advance issues and roadblocks to collaborators and management as needed
- Complete sprint strategy sessions using Jira reports and project assets to guide focus to critical items
- Participate in development of processes and guidelines
YOU HAVE:
Required
- Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Advanced English
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles.
- Proficiency in Jira® project management software and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in leading new product development projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
