Office Assistant She/ her (Entry Level)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for call center to support daily operations. This role involves handling client communications, managing documentation, and providing follow-up on ongoing cases. The ideal candidate has intermediate English skills, strong communication abilities, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send, receive, and review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure proper resolution.
- Manage and track email communications, ensuring prompt responses.
- Maintain follow-up on pending tasks and internal processes.
- Provide consistent follow-up with both internal and external clients.
- Track and document call and email activity.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 09am to 05pm
Compensation:
- Base salary, $2,500 MXN net weekly
