About the Role:
We are looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support a high-volume outbound sales initiative targeting U.S.-based SMBs in the moving, storage, and junk hauling industries.
This role focuses on generating qualified product demos through outbound prospecting. You will be responsible for engaging decision-makers, communicating a clear value proposition, and qualifying opportunities before handing them off to the sales team.
You will work closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and contribute to building a scalable outbound sales motion.

Schedule: 9 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, completing 80-100 calls per day.

Identify and engage decision-makers, including business owners and operators.

Present a clear and structured value proposition aligned with prospect needs.

Assess and qualify leads based on business type, size, current tools, and readiness to adopt new solutions.

Schedule qualified product demos and ensure proper handoff with relevant context.

Send follow-up emails after call attempts and maintain consistent multi-touch outreach.

Log all activities and interactions in HubSpot, maintaining accurate pipeline data.

Track outreach results and contribute to conversion metrics reporting.

Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and market response to improve campaigns.

Collaborate with the team on script adjustments and outreach strategy.
Requirements:

Fully bilingual English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in outbound sales, SDR roles, or call center environments.

Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejection.

Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and listening skills.

Ability to understand and communicate technology-driven products.

Familiarity with U.S. market communication standards.
