The Creative Manager will be responsible for providing creative direction to the Designers.
He will have direct contact with the NAM team to ensure a high-quality customer service is delivered. He will also be in charge of distributing the workloads among the team members and making sure work is delivered on time and correctly. This person will bring best practices within the industry to drive the Herbalife Nutrition brand in collaboration with the team of designers and under the supervision or direction of the Creative Services Manager.
DetailedResponsibilities

Provide creative direction in the execution of various materials for different clients suchas print, web, video, and environmental branding design items.

Assign multiple projects to the designers and set up appropriate timeframes to work on these projects.

EnsuretheHerbalifebrandisfollowedacrossalltouchpoints.

Collaborateandconceptualizeideaswithwriters,designers,andstaffacrossmultipledepartmentsandfunctions.

Elevatethecreativeleveloftheteamandbecomeaninspirationandastrongrolemodelfortheteam.

Stayupdatedintermsofcontent,brandingandstyleguidesinordertoprovideproperdirectiontotheteam.

Bringindustrybestpracticesintothedepartment,andtothevariousregionsandlocales.

PartnercloselywithCreativeManagertocarryoutthecreativevision,andunderstandthestrategiesandgoalssetbythetheprojectmanagers
