About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bidding Assistant to support our Bidding team in delivering timely and competitive proposals to Account Manager and their clients. This role plays a critical part in the early stage of the client engagement lifecycle, ensuring that project bids are accurate, compelling, and aligned with IDR guidelines as well as client expectations. You will work closely with commercial and operations teams to help convert opportunities into successful engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Review client requests (RFQs/RFPs) and gather key requirements to support proposal development
- Conduct desk research to assess project feasibility and timelines
- Coordinate with Account Managers to define costs strategies
- Ensure all proposals align with company standards, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems for bids and proposals
- Monitor bid status and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, bidding, sales support, or client services role
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- High level of organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in expert networks, consulting, market research, or professional services
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS systems
- Exposure to pricing models or commercial processes
