The Head of Sales Operations for the HASI SOE division is responsible for end-to-end management of sales operations and logistics functions. This role will ensure seamless coordination across sales scheduling, purchasing planning, logistics, KPI management, quality assurance, and CRM processes. The individual will lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, develop and oversee budgets, and build strong partnerships with planners on the customer side.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade or related fields.
Prior experience with managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), using customer information to organize production.
Managerial experience. Experience in managing staff outside of Mexico.
Availability to frequently travel to the US.
Strong knowledge in logistics, including air shipments and selecting the best shipment method based on the client's needs.
Strong customer service skills and experience in foreign trade.
Advanced knowledge of SAP.
Familiarity with material planning and supply chain management.
