About the role
TIGA is building a roster of new live streamers through our Rising Star program. This is an entry-level friendly role: you do not need an existing audience or prior streaming experience. We provide the funding, tools and coaching to get you set up and growing, and you build your channel with our support behind you.
You will stream iGaming/Casino content on Kick, YouTube or X, and grow an engaged community over time.
What you will do
- Stream regularly on a consistent schedule
- Build and engage a community across your stream and social channels
- Work with our team on content direction and on-stream promotion
- Use the coaching, clips and creative support we provide to grow your audience
What we provide
- A funded account to stream with, so you are not covering costs yourself
- One-to-one coaching and onboarding to get you set up
- Professional clip editing and promotion to push your name and channel
- A monthly retainer plus revenue share, paid in stablecoin (USDT)
What we are looking for
- Motivated people who want to start or grow a streaming career
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable on camera
- Your own working computer and a webcam (hardware is not provided)
- No following or experience required, just the drive to show up and improve
