The Talent Acquisition Advisor drives end-to-end recruitment strategies, serving as a trusted consultant to hiring managers and department leaders. This role goes beyond standard recruitment execution by leveraging labor market insights, proactive talent mapping, and strategic advisory skills to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent aligned with organizational goals.
What you’ll do:
Conduct structured intake sessions with hiring managers to define role specs, establish target candidate profiles, align on selection criteria, and set hiring timelines.
Provide business leaders with actionable talent market data, competitor intelligence, salary benchmarks, and guidance on talent availability or hiring challenges.
Manage the entire hiring pipeline—from candidate sourcing and screening to interview management, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding alignment.
Execute creative direct-sourcing and headhunting campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, specialized job platforms, and employee referral networks.
Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to evaluate skills and organizational alignment while delivering a high-touch, transparent experience for all applicants.
Partner with HR business partners and total rewards teams to draft competitive offer packages, handle candidate negotiations, and maximize offer acceptance rates.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pass-through rates, sourcing channel efficacy) within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to continually optimize hiring workflows.

Experience with the full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency environments, with a strong focus on consultative stakeholder management.
Proven ability to influence hiring decisions, set realistic expectations, and coach managers on structured interviewing techniques.
Advanced knowledge of direct-sourcing techniques, Boolean search logic, and passive talent engagement strategies.
Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters) and candidate management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical industry experience.
