About the Company:
Asymmetrica Investments develops investment opportunities with asymmetric return payoffs. Today we are the first provider of an investment vehicle in avocado orchards (sustainable-avo.com) and are now expanding our international network and event initiatives, including LATAM-focused events.
We are recruiting an Event Sponsorships Intern to support sponsorship and partner management for events in Mexico, including LATAM House at Davos.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Research and maintain potential sponsor and partner lists in Mexico
- Track sponsorship outreach, responses, and deliverables
- Assist with sponsor communications (emails, follow-ups, scheduling calls)
- Translate or localize sponsorship materials (English ↔ Spanish)
- Coordinate sponsor requirements and materials
- Support on-site sponsor management, if applicable
- Assist with post-event reporting and follow-ups
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational, research, and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Interest in events, sponsorships, marketing, or business development
- Comfortable supporting high-profile events and international stakeholders
