- 5+ years in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical deployment.
- Customer-facing experience influencing technical direction.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Production coding in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Travel to customer sites.
- SAP BTP/CAP/Integration Suite expertise.
- AI/ML, RAG, coding agents (Claude, Codex, Cursor), and DevOps knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering & Implementation: Write, debug, and deploy production-quality code. Build custom solutions including integrations, data pipelines, and workflows that conform to our customer’s unique technical and security infrastructure.
- Customer Partnership: Act as the primary technical interface for our most important accounts. Work side-by-side with our advisory team to understand their pain points and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Solve Ambiguity: Navigate the "messy" reality of enterprise software—legacy systems, complex compliance requirements, and evolving business needs—to deliver stable, scalable solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Continue to identify and refine solutions that solve specific pain points for our customers. Ensure these solutions and lessons learned are sent back to headquarters to facilitate support and mature the IP and tools we leverage to serve our customers.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Take responsibility for the entire deployment lifecycle, from initial discovery and system design to production rollout and ongoing operational support.
